A fashion film by Jeff Bark.
I am fascinated by this new dark and quite seedy fashion film by New York film maker and photographer, Jeff Bark. As Bark told Dazed Digital, “It’s the story of a recluse housebound amateur photographer who finds his “want to be” models from want ads on the internet. Seedy and silly, the girls are the ones in charge”. The juxtaposition between the light, innocent out door scenes and dark, sexual and almost sordid ones is startling, increased by the constant shift between the man and woman’s singing voices.
